LMREA, manufacturer of protective equipment and mobility solutions

LMREA (formerly LM Realisation) was founded near Lyon in the early 1980s by two entrepreneurial and visionary men who wanted to improve ergonomics and the well-being of workers.

Mr Louvel and Mr Mossa created LM Réalisations in 1984, when they were specialising in plastic processing for industry, to provide a solution for private companies and government departments for soundproofing dot matrix printers. Their knowledge of the plastics industry enabled them to manufacture soundproof enclosures to meet all the requirements and challenges faced by businesses.

Later on, Mr. Mossaz launched roller-shutter protection cabinets to respond to the growing need for food traceability. This was the beginning of LM Realisations’ product range: protective cabinets and enclosures for increasingly complex IT equipment

Their ability to adapt to new technologies, complex customer demands, and demanding work-environment constraints has shaped LM Realisations’ unique identity.

In 2007, to meet the needs of logistics professionals and remain at the cutting edge of new technologies, LMREA introduced battery-powered carts so that workers’ mobile “offices” became autonomous.
