Our products are designed to last, with parts available for several decades and active after-sales service even for equipment over 20 years old.

We maintain a direct relationship with our customers, ensuring clear communication on materials, performance and product longevity.

We prioritize recycled and recyclable materials (80% recycled black expanded PVC, 100% recyclable), optimize our processes and reduce our waste.

Specifically, our commitments include an extended warranty for our lithium solutions, preventive maintenance to ensure safety and longevity, and responsible sourcing that promotes traceability and eco-friendly materials.

We place eco-responsible innovation at the heart of our design process: reducing our carbon footprint, improving energy efficiency and integrating recyclability from the design stage in our Design Office.

Finally, our CSR approach is part of a continuous improvement process, with regular evaluation of our practices, awareness-raising among our teams and collaboration with partners who share our values.

All LMREA industrial products manufactured in France come with a 10-year warranty covering parts and labour, starting from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only in the event of manufacturing defects or abnormal wear and tear, and excludes any misuse of the equipment (e.g. impact, breakage, unauthorised modification, improper maintenance, etc.). Battery power boxes are excluded from this warranty and have their own specific warranty, in accordance with the conditions indicated on the corresponding product sheet.
