The TGC enclosure was developed to protect large-format thermal printers used in industrial or logistics environments. Its body is made from a single thermoformed thermoplastic piece, giving it exceptional robustness and a watertight seal with no weak points. The 10 mm thick composite walls effectively protect your equipment against impacts, dust, and splashes.
Overpressure ventilation system
The key feature of the TGC cell is its advanced ventilation and extraction system. This system draws in ambient air, filters it, and then slightly pressurizes the internal volume. This process actively prevents dust from entering, even when the enclosure is opened, by creating a clean air barrier. This ensures optimal performance and reduced maintenance for your printer.
Strengths
Access to the printer has been designed for quick and easy operation:
- Full side access: A hinged side panel, mounted on a piano hinge, allows direct and total access to the printer for consumable changes or maintenance.
- Assisted opening: The top cover, assisted by two pneumatic cylinders, opens effortlessly for access from above.
- Quick access to controls: A transparent drop-down panel on the front (PMMA) allows you to view the labels and access the printer controls without fully opening the cell.
